As your coach, we can help you be efficient in your preparation, effective in your delivery, and consistent in your follow up. However, this approach still requires a committed business leader who will prepare and effectively deliver the various elements, keep a pulse on the what is working and what the team needs, and stay the course despite all distractions so the program doesn’t lose momentum.
