The first approach, Performance Workshops, is delivered live and in person by Doug or a certified member of his team. This approach is very engaging and impactful, and offers immediate feedback, discussion, and problem solving. The second approach, Talent Track™, is delivered online, offering significant flexibility in content, scheduling, and pricing, as well as a technology platform for your own specific training content.
Performance Workshops
The intent of the performance workshop is to improve performance in specific areas quickly, efficiently and completely. They also provide a cost effective and practical way to road-test the concept of having a performance consultant. Performance workshops are usually a series of interrelated live events that build on each other, but can be a single comprehensive training in some cases. They are delivered on-site at your office or an alternate location of your choice and include activities that engage your employees in the learning process. Information isn’t merely “pushed” onto your employees’ consciousness; instead they experience and retain the concepts through discussion and physical interaction. Performance workshops are often preceded by Doug’s needs assessment process, which is unique in its efficiency and simplicity. This allows our staff to begin developing a relationship with your team members while getting a better grasp of the barriers holding them back. Once the needs are understood, we can target specific issues. Typically these are issues the team recognizes as important, but lack the time and/or expertise to address. We then research, design and deliver a customized program that addresses your specific outcomes. The logistics of the training (i.e., number of workshops, length of training sessions, live events vs. recorded media, etc.) are based on your unique blend of needs, timing, environment, and budget.
Talent Track™ - Online Training Platform
Simply put, Talent Track™ is an online training system that instantly gives you a platform to deliver your own branded and customizable training material. It can be as simple as signing up a few employees for a few courses, or if you want something more comprehensive, in just days you could have your own “Corporate University” system. Once in place you can use Talent Track™ courses as baseline requirements for promotions, career mapping, certifications, and a variety of other employee engagement activities. To make it easy, we instantly offer a curriculum of key subjects that our corporate clients helped us identify as the key skills every employee should have. They are broken into 6 categories including Personal Responsibility, Personal Management, Judgment, Connection, Customer Service, and Leadership/Influence.
